Simply Bruschetta


Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy,which means it is served as a first course or starter in a formal Italian meal.At the same time you can also serve them as a cool party snack.The best thing about bruschetta is the different variations that can be made according to available ingredients and your own choice of taste,additionally it is a very easy uncomplicated dish to prepare. 

The core ingredients are grilled bread ,olive oil, garlic. Combining these with various toppings forms a delicious bruschetta. Here I have made a Tomato basil bruschetta which bursts with fresh flavors !

Ingredients:

1. 1 baguette french bread or similar Italian
   bread
2. 10-12 cherry tomatoes
3. 4 cloves garlic minced
4. 4 tsp olive oil
5. 3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
6. 2 tsp oregano
7. 2 tsp garlic powder
8. 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
9. 3-4 fresh basil leaves.
10. 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
10.Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Chop the tomatoes,basil and cloves of garlic .
2. In a bowl toss the tomatoes,basil,garlic cloves,garlic powder,black pepper powder,
   oregano,balsamic vinegar salt,then drizzle some olive oil and let it sit for about 15 mins. 
3. Cut the baguette into angular slices. 
4. Pre heat the oven for about 5 mins at 150 C.
5. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil on both sides .
6. Toast the bread in the oven.
7. Top the toasted bread with the tomato mixture.
8. Drizzle drops of extra virgin olive oil on each topping.
   
   Serve immediately & Enjoy :) !!!!!!
